| Core-aeration:a machine is used to poke holes in the soil leaving the cores on the surface to break down. This is intended to open up the hard surface for air, water and fertilizer absorption. Also used in conjunction with over-seeding, top dressing and fungal diseas treatments. A soil compaction test is required. |

| De-thatching - a machine is used to remove thatch build up caused by compacted soil and shallow roots. Also includes clean up of all debris from lawn. |

| Grub Prevention - an application of natural bio-insecticide to control grubs and other insects in their larval stage. |

| Liquid Vermicast Tea - an application of liquid vermicast tea to stimulate the microbial population and add humic acid in the soil producing a healthy lawn. |

| New Seeding - spreading of new grass seed with beneficial endophytes. These premium grass types are more resistant to disease and pest problems. For best results, this should be done in conjunction with top dressing. The application rate is 6lbs/1000 Sq. Ft. |

| Organic Soil Ammendment - an application of an organic pre-emergent and/or amendments in order to meet the requirements determined by a soil test. These fertilizing treaments are not independent treatments but rather an integrated part of our Turf Management Program. |

| Over-seeding - new grass seed with beneficial endophytes spread to repair and restore trouble spots. This aids in helping to overcome disease and pest problems with resistant grass types. For best results, this should be done in conjunction with top dressing. The application rate is 2lbs/1000 Sq. Ft. Recommended annually. |

| Sodding - includes removal and disposal of old turf, leveling area with premium compost and the delivery and installation of new sod. |

| Soil Test - measures the nutrient level of the soil. The test results and recommemdations are used to re-establish the natural balance and defenses of the soil. This test is included in our natural organic fertilizing services. |

| Top Dressing - spreading a quarter inch layer of aged premium compost over the entire lawn in order to build up and maintain soil life and fertility. | |
